How I became a chiropractor:

In 2010, I had graduated from CU Boulder with a bachelors in Philosophy. My initial plan was to become a lawyer. By chance, I was in the worst car accident of my life, resulting in torn ligaments in my shoulders, musculoskeletal problems, and neurological problems (including vertigo, pain/tingling/numbness throughout my body).

I was treated for my problems, but I was told that I would never be 100% and I would have to live with them for the rest of my life. The biggest problems were the neurological issues because my vertigo and P/T/N was causing me to have panic attacks and anxiety. This is because the world felt like it was constantly shifting and spinning; couple this with my P/T/N, I made me feel like I was constantly having a heart attack, and that I had no control over my body.

Needless to say, I felt defeated when I was told I would never get better.

My father is a chiropractor. I had always been adjusted at a young age, but I never understood the power of it. I ended up getting adjusted consistently and in doing so, my vertigo and P/T/N decreased to the point where they were non-existent. My life was changed.
