The crafters are getting ready for fall. They used puzzle pieces to make pumpkins on a canvas then added different mediums to finish their creation! Such creativity! Also many made pumpkin magnets.

Big round of applause 👏 👏 👏 & shout out to 📢📢📢📢📢 Park Avenue Thrift for fundraising and supporting one of the MOST important causes / services provided to residents in Hospice Care and Long Term Care Facilities free of charge in Enid, 🐾🐾🐾🐶PET THERAPY - Old Paws Rescue Ranch (Bob Archer) ❤️❤️❤️❤️!!!! Bob & his wife Wendy provide Enid facilities with visits from Certified Pet Therapy dogs 🐕 and also run a Rescue for Senior Dogs. What most individuals do not realize is that many of the residents that live in care facilities or are in hospice care had to give up their pet companion when they entered; so the therapy dogs (ESPECIALLY HUEY) bring so much joy to our residents!!! Bob & Huey come every Friday for one-on-one visits with our Long Term Care residents @ Greenbrier!!! If any of our Greenbrier friends or family members are looking for a GREAT cause to support, PLEASE consider donating to Old Paws Rescue Ranch…anything helps & we want to keep the therapy dogs coming our way!!! ❤️❤️❤️

In honor of 2025 World Kindness Day, United Way of Enid (Dan Schiedel) teamed up with CDSA of Enid (Youth Build Program) to include all the residents of Greenbrier Village (Burgundy, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, & Long Term Care) in A Day of Kindness and delivered carnations & cards! The residents were delighted!!!

Today was a super HAPPY day @ Greenbrier Village…the morning buzzed with excitement about all the wonderful visitors the residents had today! We started out our morning with the Emmanuel Christian School 3rd grade classes coming to do a Thanksgiving/Turkey doorknob craft with the residents of LTC and sing/perform for them. For those new to Greenbrier LTC, Emmanuel Christian School has been bringing students ranging in age from their 3rd-4th grade classes once a month (during the school year) to visit our residents for 30+ years! ❤️❤️❤️
