It's been a big week of celebrations at PAM Health hospitals! EVERY team in our hospitals is vital to the exceptional care our patients receive, and we take pride in this spirit of teamwork. This week we're recognizing some of the rockstars who contribute to our patient-centered care and positive outcomes:
🥕🍴🍳 We're celebrating our dietary teams during Healthcare Foodservice Workers Week. They take pride in preparing delicious, nourishing meals that give our patients the energy and comfort to work toward healing.
📈🏷️ It's also Healthcare Supply Chain Week. Our hospital operations and materials staff ensure their buildings and teams always have the right amount of supplies and equipment to serve our patients, managing the complex, often behind-the-scenes logistics of hospital inventory.
🩸And last but far from least, we are also recognizing our hospitals' dialysis staff during National Dialysis Technician Week. Many of our hospitals offer onsite dialysis services as part of our interdisciplinary approach to care, allowing patients to stay at our hospital for dialysis sessions so they don't cut into therapy time or other parts of their schedule.
