This is my daughter, Kali. She’s 11. She pushes me to be a more strong, powerful woman every day. Her confidence and leadership skills are admirable! I love that she knows who she is and what she wants at such a young age. ⠀

With all the unknown and uncertainty in the world, all we have is NOW! “The Power of Now” will transform our thinking and help guide us to live in the present moment...

Both the book and journal are included! *MUST SIGN UP BY THURSDAY SEPT. 3rd* as I am ordering the materials ahead of time.

Each week you will be guided through a vinyasa style yoga class. We will then meet and discuss our weekly reading.

*social distancing will take place and class will be rescheduled due to inclement weather (continued on Thursdays in October)
