Hello dear ones!

Last year I had the pleasure of giving intuitive readings at a fair called love, light, heart and soul. It was a lovely experience to be held by participants and vendors alike!
If you are looking for a an insightful, healing, and creative and crafty experience, I hope that you come to join us.
I will be giving readings this year, and also will be sharing a class of Qigong stretches and meditation.
This is a 45-minute class of gentle movements, breathing, and deep fluid stretches.
The emphasis of this class is to release tensions. We hold in our head, neck, and extremities, open the meridians in our arms, hands, legs and feet, calm the emotional body and allow space for the light to flow freely and evenly throughout the mind, body and spirit.
Recommended for participants of all ages, especially those of 50 and up.

QiGong (pronounced “Chi Gong”) involves body movements and breathing exercises to release stress, get you into your body, and out of your “racing mind”. Class is LIMITED! Taught by Sally Grace Ramirez Presentation tickets are non-refundable and are only valid for the specific time listed. T

... Spray bottles filled with ice helped to cool our shop. We help the young friends who help us by standing in line to get us food and drinks. Still they came, our dear patrons, for a word of love, encouragement and hope, and we stayed with them til the truth they were seeking hit a chord that resonnated with their soul's journey. Our encouraging co-workers reminded us to stay hydrated, eat, and take a break. We kept our cool by saturating our clothes with cool water. It was all in a day's work.
