Weekend #7.
It's Time Traveler's Weekend!
Here's a message to take in:

Just as the seasons change, my perspective changes brought on by sunlight easingthrough these tall trees, almost bare now from autumn winds.
We're into weekend #7 now at the Carolina Renaissance Festival, and my feelings are full of gratitude and longing as I take my morning walks.
I am grateful for the warm sun, and a heart big enough to feel so many things, all at once, not the least of which is the longing to return home to Pennsylvania. It's been a great run, and I am grateful for deepening friendships this side of my journey.
When I give myself the time to feel all there is, I am home to myself and in this transitional time, that's the best place to be.❤️

It's a traveling life, and change is in the air...!
Indian Summer comes to an end here in Huntersville, N.C., as we enter into the last two weeks of our two month adventure at the Carolina Renaissance Festival.
Stormy weather hit us midweek on site, and the leaves blew off yesterday, but not before I got one last look of autumn by the lake by North Cross Road.
Last night we had snow flurries! (There was more snow in the mountains, I'm told!)
I'm joyful, eager, grateful, homesick, all at the same time as we round the corner.

Weekend #5 was Pirate Christmas weekend last weekend! Autumn has peaked... Daylight Savings graced our early morning walks...full moon rising entering the new week...and we're going with the flow as we're counting 5 down 3 full weekends to go for the The Carolina Renaissance Festival season!

Midweek rains in Huntersville, N.C. blew the leaves off the top of this beautiful tree.
It seems autumn has peaked, and thoughts of what is lost in the year blow away in the autumn winds. When you acknowledge loss, where does your heart go?❤️
