Mary graduated from Edinboro University with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She currently holds the Certification for Rehabilitation Counselors. Her experience includes over 25 years in the field of mental health and intellectual disabilities, developing systems of care for mental health populations. Managing a $160 million dollar care system for individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse and homelessness has given her a unique perspective and passion for people with challenges. Mary is a graduate of The Duquesne University Professional Coaching Program. Her philosophy is to empower clients through knowledge, values and strengths and to discover the courage within to “take a step up.”

She couples her rich experience in these areas with her great passion for coaching and mentoring those who want to stand out from the crowd and make a difference for others as well as themselves. Mary’s professional background gives her the experience to offer solid consulting in behavioral health program planning to enable organizations to start new lines of service to meet the ever-changing needs of community integration for people with challenges. She has designed behavioral health care management programs, including a Medicaid-managed care system. Mary has developed peer service programs that are recognized as model programs.
