Meet Clinical Practices of the LECOM Institute for Successful Living Podiatric Surgeon Colette Yori Tobia, D.P.M. Dr. Yori Tobia specializes in diabetic care, geriatrics, wound care, and minimally invasive surgical procedures. She also provides care to patients at senior living communities throughout the LECOM Institute for Successful Living. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Yori Tobia serves as an Assistant Professor and part-time faculty member with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Podiatric Medicine.

Follow along as we highlight VNA Home Health and Hospice and the compassionate care and meaningful moments made possible by the Wings of Hope Fund.

Day 1: What is the VNA?

The Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) of Erie County provides professional home health and compassionate hospice and palliative care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

🕒 Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including:

• Hospice & Palliative Care
• Rehabilitation Therapies
• IV Therapy
