What if your labs say “normal,” but your body says otherwise?
You’re tired. Your hair’s thinning. The scale won’t move no matter how clean you eat or how much you work out.
And your doctor says, “Everything looks fine.”
But it’s not fine, because your symptoms are signals.
They’re your body’s way of saying your thyroid isn’t optimal… even if it’s technically “in range.”
These are what I call 🚨 thyroid warning signs 🚨 the early signals before the thyroid slows down enough to trigger a full diagnosis.
If you’re seeing two or more of these and you’ve already dialed in sleep, stress, diet, and movement, it’s time to look deeper.
Not just at your TSH, but how your thyroid is actually converting and activating (T4 → T3, reverse T3, etc.).
Don’t wait for a crisis to get curious about your thyroid.
