You’re Invited to the
Integrative Wisdom Spring Gathering 2024
Two Options:
Day Event: Saturday April 6th 10 AM to 4 PM
OR
Overnight Event: Saturday April 6th 10 AM to Sunday April 7th Noon
Overnight accommodations include one queen bed with private bath or twin beds with no private bath.
Cost for the day: $100 which includes the retreat, plus a welcoming morning snack & lunch.
Cost for overnight: An additional $100 which includes an Evening session, a Morning session plus dinner and breakfast on Sunday.
$200 total.
There is room for five people for the day.
Overnight it depends on whether you want your own room or have a friend to share with you. So, either room for two or three or four…

9 AM arrival with closing around 4 PM

Join in the fun as we integrate the following tools:

Sound Healing
Essential Oils
Expressive Arts

And who knows what else!

There will be Conscious Breathing, emphasis on conscious. Cause we know we all breathe. Duh...

Cost for the day is $100. Lunch is included as is a welcoming snack.
