Sound Bath Healing Journey

On the morning of Saturday, August 23rd at 10 a.m., the heart of downtown Murrieta will hum with ancient vibrations, calling you into stillness. Imagine yourself lying comfortably, eyes closed, as waves of sound ripple through the air, the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, the soft chimes, and the deep, grounding tones of the gong.

A Sound Bath is more than a listening experience, it is a journey. Each vibration moves through your body like ripples across water, loosening tension, clearing energetic blockages, and quieting the mind’s restless chatter. Modern research has shown that sound therapy can help lower stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and encourage a meditative state where the body can naturally restore balance.

In this shared space, you will be invited to release what weighs you down, to rest deeply, and to let sound carry you toward clarity, peace, and renewal.

🐾 Foster Cat Update: Meet Honey and Boy Boy 🐾We have some big news to share! All five of our foster kittens have been adopted into loving homes. While their mom, Gemini, is still searching for her forever family, our foster journey continues with two very special new arrivals.Meet Honey and Boy Boy, a bonded husband-and-wife pair we welcomed just two days ago. Honey is expecting her very first litter, and their story is as touching as it is heartbreaking.Their original owner passed away, and her granddaughter tried her best to care for all three of her grandmother’s cats while facing homelessness herself. Without The Ark’s quick action, Honey and Boy Boy would have been euthanized. Thanks to this incredible rescue, these two get a second chance, and we get the joy of helping them welcome their kittens into the world, ensuring every single one is spayed/neutered, healthy, and ready for a wonderful home.Stay tuned for updates as we follow Honey’s pregnancy and watch this little family’s journey unfold. Remember, you can adopt one of our fosters right here in San Diego or Orange County through The Ark of San Juan.
