We empower High-Achievers to overcome their challenges in here to perform better out there. Consuming every book, journal, magazine, video and audio I could get my hands on, I have developed a definitive knowledge of the inner workings of the human body and mind. I have played a myriad of sports, everything from tennis to motocross and love connecting with nature in the mountains. For 30+ years I have been mastering my craft and has become specialized in corrective and therapeutic exercise, helping hundreds of clients with lower back, knee and shoulder dysfunctions. In 1987 a new bodybuilding/powerlifting gym opened up in
my neighborhood and I was there, at my new playground, for the pre-opening sign up. Later that year I stepped into a position working at the front desk of that same gym, this is where my personal training experience began. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 1993 with a degree in Psychology (emphasis in sports and performance). While in college, I was introduced to the work of Tony Robbins, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Dr. Wayne Dyer. Upon graduating, I continued on to become certified in NLP and completed Anthony Robbin’s Mastery University as well as several other personal development programs. My first personal training certification, from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), was acquired in 1994 and in 2001 I achieved the coveted CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) distinction. I became a certified faculty instructor for the National Personal Training Institute where I taught a 500 hour state accredited course for students to become personal trainers. In 2004 I became certified in Pain Free Therapy™ using the Egoscue Method™ to address clients suffering from chronic pain due to postural deviations. My programs are designed to include exercises addressing posture and function. I have a knack for fixing things and enjoy working with all types of clients who have a passion for life. I have brought together my knowledge and experience in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of life to help you achieve the transformation goals you’ve always dreamed of.

Our Line It Up! class is a 30 minute class that helps eliminate and prevent pain caused by knees, hips, back and shoulders that are not positioned properly in the body. We use the Egoscue Method as well as other methods I have researched, developed and used myself to bring the body back into proper, functional alignment. During our class we go through a series of stretches, positions and movements to make a global change to how your body lines up and functions.
