a no-frills, unheated, mindful flowing approach to yoga that makes yoga more accessible to many who feel left out by the frenetic and demanding pace of some styles & practices. classes are primarily all-levels and can be adapted to suit whatever your leve,l regardless of experience. Hello yogis! Last week's weather put the kabash on our final session. This week I have to take a pass on tomorrow's class as my workweek has taken everything. Some may understand that more than others! Please accept my apologies and we shall look forward to next Saturday as the last chapter in our 2024 Community Yoga series. Our Story

a no-frills, user-friendly and expectation-free approach to yoga. this ease-ful & gentle approach makes entering and establishing a viable practice possible. with a natural affinity in working with all folk, this creates a dexterity and willingness for the client to feel included and an active participant without the burden of worrying whether they are ‘doing this right!’

the intent/goal is to support directly the client/student with their own PRESENT perceived abilities while subtly elevating their internal and external awareness. in this, there may be some deceptive practice in that the client has moved--without fear--to a new threshold, and reset the boundary.

all of these sessions may be accomplished within the following domains: home, school, place of business (small or large), institution (hospital, nursing/assisted living, etc.) and any other ‘space’ that can be designated to the client’s needs.
