So this is the imprint of my backside body after a very hot and sweaty yoga class today. It struck me as artistic because it resembles a gold’s gym body builder. Ya, that ain’t me, but there I am!

“Awake” for 5:00AM yoga at Môc Yoga Center in Hué! Again, I had the privilege to lead these lovely ladies in a heart-felt practice! Such vibrant and alive women!♥️🐉⭐️ Afterwards, I was swept away on scooter to an authentic Vietnamese Phö breakfast! It was the best Phö I’ve had this leg of the journey!

Two colleagues and I will guide a workshop using new techniques of FluidUs, known as spiraling, to move the body internally and externally in asana.
