I am a certified Soul Doula and Healing Arts Practitioner. I come from a life rich in movement, spirituality, ritual and soul evolution. Some of my practices include Soul Doula work for end of life, assistant roles at community grief ceremonies, companioning folks choosing the “Death With Dignity” Act and weaving together healing art containers for the community through kundalini yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, ritual and death education. I am currently completing a psilocybin facilitator program with the vision of showing up for folks while exploring end of life anxiety and fear. I am the mama of two.
