Melissa’s Post-Op Recovery Essentials

When I’m supporting a client after surgery, I love bringing a few of my favorite recovery helpers to make the experience calm and comfortable. I pack an ice pack for quick relief, a little essential oil to set a peaceful vibe, throat coat tea and lozenges to soothe that post-anesthesia throat, and of course hand sanitizer to keep everything fresh and clean. Pair all that with expert, safe nursing care, and my clients can relax knowing they’re in good hands, so they can focus on what matters most: healing with ease. 💛
