We spend billions every year on skincare and supplements trying to turn back the clock, but we completely ignore the most powerful anti-aging tool we have: our curiosity.

Neuroplasticity is a "use-it-or-lose-it" game. The moment you decide you know enough, you stop growing. The moment you stop growing, you start aging. The most vibrant, youthful people in their 80s all share one common trait, they remain relentless students of life.

Age is just a measurement of time. "Old" is a state of mind.

Society wants you to believe the top picture is just what happens when you get older. They tell you it's "normal."

It’s not normal. It’s just common. There is a massive difference.

You don't have to accept a slow, passive decline into the armchair. Your body was designed to move, adapt, and stay strong until the very end, but you have to give it the stimulus it needs.

Muscle is your armor against frailty. Movement is the best medicine you can prescribe yourself.

Stop letting age "happen" to you. Go on the offensive.
