As of September 3, 2025, Eureka Florist will transition to online and delivery-only operations, Monday through Sunday, from 12-5 pm. After three years, Gwen has finally received a diagnosis for her ongoing medical challenges, which has been identified as CRPS (formerly known as RSD), a neurological condition characterized by severe chronic pain and systemic effects. The care team at Redwood Community Health Care Clinic Open Door in Eureka is commended for their efforts in helping to secure this diagnosis. This condition is a result of a surgery from 2010 that saved Gwen's life. 🌼💐🌺🏥💊 Due to the serious nature of this condition, Gwen will be working from home for the extended future to accommodate multiple treatments and flexibility. We had our big delivery van Ida Van fail on a rural road with no cell service late afternoon yesterday. There were deliveries on that van. We notified folks by email and phone. We are offering a full refund or partial refund and delivery today. All arrangements will be checked individually to make sure they are our quality. We are delivering all remaining orders today if you did not elect to have a full refund. We are getting a rental for today and getting deliveries out. Each customer is important to us. We are doing the best that we can.

Eureka Florist will be taking only Mothers Day, everyday orders. and funerals for the remainder of 2025. We recommend Eva Carpenter and Girlie Girls Ashley for weddings. The move has been hard and still ongoing. We need to reorganize the business as to what we can handle. Ashley and Eva are wonderful, creative designers with outstanding customer service. I encourage brides and couples to reach out to them.
Eureka Florist will concentrate on getting the new shop set up, getting back to serving our community through music/artisans/donations. All previously scheduled weddings and events on the books will be handled by Eureka Florist.
Thank you to everyone. 95 years and through it all we will still be here.

This move was not our choice the building was put up for sale. This has been costly to be tasked with closing out 48 years of the Henderson Location. We are grateful for our new location and the helo and patience of everyone involved in this transition.
