Mom's Bio: I have been creating my own jewelry for over 15 years, recently I've been encouraged to sell what I have been creating. I grew up and I currently live in one of the most beautiful areas of California. It has visions of rocky beach cliffs, redwood trees, rolling hills, egrets and sandy beaches. We have foggy summers, wet autumn, winter and spring seasons, wild berries from blackberries to thimble-berries, bears, raccoons and deer. Each town still manages to have it's oldest parts as part of its charm from Trinidad to Scotia, from micro-brews to handmade goods. There is more to the Emerald Triangle than just its greenery in all forms, each town has a culture as well as does the county itself. The design of each piece comes to me in a dream, inspired by the sunsets, redwoods, coastal lines and even at times, the old parts of my home town of Eureka. Occasionally, personalities from my six sisters and daughter help my inspiration too. The photos at the moment are taken by my daughter who attends school full time in Sacramento, so bear with us as we slowly progress to better photos, as the ones on the site do NOT do any of them justice. Daughters Bio:
I am a Deaf/HH individual who has an artistic side, I take photographs for fun, am a certified pastry chef and I help my mom with her ideas and creations. I am currently an Anthropology Major with a Deaf studies, Family and Consumer Science focus on Family studies and Nutrition Minors. I grew up where the redwoods grow tall, the rivers are cold most of the year and you need a wet suit in order to surf the northern Pacific.
