The first week of the new year is in the bag! I'm so excited to grow, improve, learn, and be inspired with all of you in 2026. High began as an outlet for me and a form of exercise that I enjoyed. It has evolved into much more. It is now a source of great pride, a chance to connect with new friends, and a safe space where I know that we can be who we are without judgement or criticism. The world has enough of that in spades. Thank you for sticking with me. You guys mean more to me than you know. ❤️ Bri

IMPORTANT! Due to a technical issue with my High account, we are unable to hold class this evening. So sorry for the inconvenience, guys. I was really looking forward to sweating with some familiar faces while family was in town for the holiday. Hopefully it will be resolved in time for our next class, which will be Tuesday, December 30th. In the meantime, please have a most wonderful Christmas with your loved ones! 🎄
