There is nothing quite like ending the week on a HIGH note. Nothing, that is, except starting your week on one! Join us this evening at 6:30pm for an hour of movement, joy, and stress-relief. And prepare the glutes. They are going to feel your efforts this evening! 😘

High Fitness is back! ⚡️
Tonight, we welcomed Kali, Jessica, and Candi! We really worked the core and lifted those knees. Well done, everyone. It feels wonderful to be back. I hope you had a fantastic time!

We welcomed Miriam, Jenn, Mindy, and Dawn last night (Dawn trekked all the way from Apopka)! I hope you all had a blast as we moved and sweat to great tunes. How are those shoulders feeling today by the way? 😘
Class is postponed next week while I am in Mexico but we resume again September 9th! See you then! Have a safe and enjoyable long weekend everyone. 🇺🇸

What a great night at High Fitness!
We welcomed newcomers, Cynthia and Ann and really focused on the legs and shoulders. Your smiles and whoops made it extra fun. Somehow, Angela was cut out of our fun video. Sorry, Angela! I'll pay better attention next time.
