This page was started due to the request of yoginis and yogis that I taught, but then moved away from their town, as a way for us to stay connected. This page is meant to be a source of inspiration for others on their journey not gospel. Keeping in mind that YOUR Inner Guru (Spirit) will Always be YOUR greatest teacher. Mine has lead me to some Really fabulous embodied teachers but I have also had to spend much time with my own home practice. I will share what I have learned/experienced on this page but also welcome others to share and ask questions.
