Hey sweet friends, what suggestion do you have for this. This is the one and only one star Google review that I have, all have been five star up until this one.
Should I reply back or should I ignore it, or should I appeal it?
She edited her original 5 stars review from years ago when she was a client of mine, she left a five star review initially after our first deep clean years ago- she ended services because she lost her job. She called me back just recently to do an estimate for a deep clean, of which I did.
It was a very cordial visit. We caught up on small talk about her fur babies etc, she was perfectly happy.
The estimate I gave her was $.23 a square foot for a deep clean. The home is over 3600sqft, 5 bdrm 4.5 ba and is heavily lived in, she also has multiple dogs in the home. We all know that’s a great rate and nowhere near outrageous pricing.
Especially considering that there would’ve been 3 to 5 fully vetted cleaning technicians in her home cleaning for anywhere from 4 to 6 hours.
Does anyone else have any experience like this or any suggestions? I hate that one star review being at the top of my reviews if we had messed to clean up and deserved it, I would eat that humbly but we go above and beyond to make sure every single client that we have is 100% satisfied 100% of the time. This truly just isn’t fair.
