Why wear the x39 patch on 12 hours off 12 hours ?

To allow your to rest and relax from working to heal specific symptoms with by supporting your healing cells.

To prevent skin irritation.

To improve your healing process timeline.

Here is a video that will give you more on the x39.

The patches are recommended to be worn 12 hours on then 12 hours off mainly for attenuation purposes as well as skin irritation prevention. If they are worn for 24 hours then they should be left off for 24 hours per specific patch. The 12 hours on them 12 off are recommended for better faster results compared to being worn 24 hours on then 24 off. Hope this helps.

They say when you know better you do better and this is me doing better but also sharing better because I am 100% confident another busy person with aching backs and knees can use this 🩷

Just 4 1/2 months ago I got curious about these small patches and how they could help me have a spring in my walk again, allow me to go on a hike uphill to a waterfall, or use the stairs like I did 30 years ago!
