Come Home Yoga Retreat
October 2-5th, 2026
This is time to care for you.
You’ve been holding a lot.
Showing up. Supporting others. Being the one people count on.
And even though you love being there for the people in your life…
it’s starting to weigh on you.
You feel tired even in your mind.
A little disconnected from your body.
You hear the inner guide asking for more space… more quiet… more time with you.
But there is not enough time.
And getting away feels complicated.
Maybe even indulgent.
So you keep going.
Taking care of everyone else.
Telling yourself you’ll take time later.
But here’s the truth:
You don’t.
Or if you do, you can’t relax.
You feel that you nerves are shot.
You are overwhelmed or burning out.
And it’s not just Self-Care you feel that you need.
It’s feels like a need to replenish your soul.
Come Home.
It’s time for you.
Through simple, grounding practices—we will calm those nerves. We will reconnect to ourselves, to nature. We will spend time in movement and silent contemplation. We will get bodywork and rest, kayak or bike ride with friends or catch up with a good book. We will unplug. Re-set.
We will retreat to come home again.
Whether you want to make new friends or be alone, whether you are a seasoned practitioner of yoga or you’ve done a few classes online. Let’s come together and spend some time together in wellness. Your future self says “thank you”.
