I’ve been actively feeding my chakras for 21 days, no excuses, feeding them, what they want and here is a quick and easy example of how to accomplish the goal of fueling your chakras, instead of consuming junk. Bananas-Solar Plexus (Sense of Self & Foundation), Manoges-Sacral (Creativity, Self Worth) Spinach-Heart (Giving & Rececving Love, Joy & Abundance, Gratitude), Almond Milk/Whey Protein-Crown (allowing Divine energy to flow for spiritual connection) When these energy powerhouses are working properly, we are functioning at a higher level! What does that mean!? Well, our food is helping to restore us, instead of making us sick by building an autoimmune response. One reason I had to stop gluten.
