Alright foodies....I am working on more personalized meal plans and you pick what you want to eat!!
I will be making a list of selections and based on your goals/needs...you will pick a certain amount of items from the choices available!
More personalized!
There will be a choices for each food group and you will be given a number of choices to pick for the week!
I will need some basic information and your goals to make your personalized meal plan!
All items will be cooked and ready to eat with serving sizes notes and nutrition facts/calorie counts will be available if needed!
I am only taking 5 members for this 2 week trial at a special rate to work out the kinks. First come first serve!
