North Sound Ostomy Support Group is 100% volunteer-run and a registered 501(c)(3). Every meeting, every care package, every helping hand happens because of people like you.
This year we’re especially low on 1-piece ostomy pouches and always welcome new volunteers who want to make a difference.

As of November 17, 2025 they are in constant need of donated supplies.

Donate:
$20.00 receive 1 shipping label
$40.00 receive 2 shipping labels
$60.00 receive 3 shipping labels
$80.00 receive 4 shipping labels
$100.00 receive 5 shipping labels
Ship up to 5 cartons per day
Maximum Weight of 40 pounds per carton
After you donate you will automatically receive a confirming email
You will then be directed to a special FOW-USA UPS site to complete the shipping label
Print the shipping label(s) & attach to each carton
Take the carton(s) to a UPS Store; give to a UPS driver; or take to any authorized UPS location

A few additional notes:

They accept all items regardless of dates on packaging.

They accept loose flanges and pouches; the number of each do not need to match.
They accept aerosol and liquid containers.
They do not accept used items & catheters.
