We’ve officially reached the midpoint of this 9 year — and the energy is loud.

If you’ve felt scattered, triggered, tempted to shut down or disappear — you're not alone.

This year has brought relentless emotional openings —
moments where your external world could’ve easily pulled you out of alignment.

But here’s what I need you to remember:

The triggers are not punishment.
They’re not here because you did something wrong.
They’re here because something in your environment had you reactive — and you needed to know that.

Triggers point to where you're still making decisions from outdated programming —
survival habits, internalized pressure, or someone else’s rules.
And that’s not a flaw. It’s information.

This moment in time isn’t about just skating by the chaos with spiritual performance — that’s missing the whole point.

It’s about making different moves from a more honest place so you can move that spiritual knowing out of your mind and into your life.

It’s about catching the loop before it takes you out. And choosing not to abandon yourself and your dreams — even when it would be easier to.

The second half of this year is asking for more integrity.
Not force. Not shame.
Just honesty, and a willingness to move (take action) differently.

Take a breath.
Get clear.

You’re not being tested — you’re being shown.

Save this if you're in it.

Tag someone who’s shifting on purpose.

For so long, we’ve been told that the path to growth, healing, and “higher vibrations” means we can be open to everything. That love and light will guide us, and is enough 'protection' as we navigate our lives.

But let’s be real:  Love and light, as it's often presented, is a distortion. It tells us to follow only what feels positive and avoid what feels negative. It encourages bypassing discomfort rather than engaging with it meaningfully. It convinces us that if something feels hard, something must be wrong. That avoidance is a failure, even when something is actively harming us.

This version of spirituality forgets something essential: Discernment is just as sacred as openness.

🔹 Not everything is meant to walk with you.
🔹 Not every voice deserves your energy.
🔹 Not every lesson needs to be learned the hard way.

Curating your experience is not avoidance—it’s choosing what supports the life, mindset, and healing you are actively cultivating. It’s knowing that not everything serves what you are creating right now. Some experiences will expand you, and others will only drain you. Both exist. And you get to choose which ones you engage with.

When we buy into the idea that spirituality means “positivity above all ” we run into problems:

❌ We exhaust ourselves in relationships that are misaligned.
❌ We force ourselves to engage in spaces that don’t nourish us.
❌ We shame ourselves for feeling discomfort, anger, or the need to walk away.
❌ We let in energies, ideas, and influences that don’t belong in our story.

Ignoring the reality of our own needs and pretending everything is rosy isn’t enlightenment—it’s self-abandonment.

Curating your experience is about actively choosing what aligns with you—not in a rigid or fearful way, but with deep trust that what you allow into your space shapes your life. And just as you evolve, what nourishes you will evolve too.

✅ It’s okay to outgrow what once served you.
✅ It’s okay to walk away from conversations that drain you.
✅ It’s okay to release relationships that no longer reflect your reality.
✅ It’s okay to create space for what genuinely nurtures your spirit.

Your energy is sacred. Choose to use it wisely 💕

You’ve felt the shift. You’ve experienced the clarity, the alignment—the undeniable difference when you commit to your spiritual practice. And yet… you still find yourself falling off.

Why?

Because the version of spirituality you’re trying to hold onto might not be built to hold you.

Here’s what might be happening:

✨ Your idea of spirituality is too small.
If your practice is only centered around feeling good, avoiding negativity, and chasing high vibrations, then when life gets difficult, it won’t feel like spirituality fits those moments. If your practice can’t hold your grief, anger, and uncertainty, it will always feel inconsistent.

✨ You treat spirituality as a tool instead of a foundation.
If you only engage with your spiritual practice when you need something—peace, clarity, money, healing—it remains an external task rather than a living, constant current within you.

✨ You’ve made it too complicated.
When your rituals, steps, and rules become a performance rather than a simple, grounding presence, it’s easy to abandon the practice when life gets heavy.

The key to consistency isn’t about more effort—it’s about depth. When you expand your understanding of spirituality beyond momentary relief and into a way of being, it stops being something you apply and starts being something you embody.

Are you ready to shift how you engage with your practice?

Have you ever started cleaning a space, only to find yourself knee-deep in a bigger mess than when you began? Clothes everywhere, drawers pulled out, dust clouds rising—it feels overwhelming, and for a moment, you wonder if it’s even worth it.

While it may appear like it’s impossible, cleaning and letting go are part of the clearing process. You are not just cleaning for the sake of tidying up—you are releasing the old to create space for something new. You call your power back to you piece by piece as you make room for the life you’re ready to step into.

The process can feel heavy, though. Every item, old habit, memory, or emotion you sift through might carry weight you didn’t know you were prepared for. And that’s okay. Honor the emotional side of this work. Be gentle with yourself as you navigate what needs to stay and what is ready to be let go.

Even when it feels messy or you can’t see the full picture of the vision you’re creating, trust yourself. Trust the process. Have faith in the life you are making space for, even if it’s still unknown.

Take it one step at a time. Breathe deeply. And keep going. Because the road to an amazing life of your dreams is paved in every small action you take.

You are clearing the path for new beginnings—and calling yourself home.

You can’t step fully into who you’re becoming without honoring who you’ve been.

Sometimes, moving forward means taking a moment to pause and look back. Not to dwell or stay stuck in the past, but to honor it, to integrate it, and to let it go with love.

Energetically, this is vital.

Without revisiting yourself with compassion and grace, you carry pieces of old patterns, beliefs, and stories that no longer serve you.

This isn't about demonizing who you were or how you thought—it’s about recognizing that every version of you was doing the best it could with the knowledge and resources it had at the time. Can you give yourself permission to see the past as part of your wholeness?

To appreciate the lessons, the strength, and even the missteps that brought you to this very moment?

When you revisit yourself with love and kindness, you open the door to acceptance. This is where energetic closure happens: not through rejection or avoidance, but through recognition and gratitude. And from that place of closure, you free up space. Space to see your present clearly, with fresh eyes and a renewed sense of possibility.

As you step into 2025, ask yourself: What parts of me am I ready to honor and release? What can I celebrate about who I’ve been so that I can fully embody who I’m becoming?

The past isn’t something to erase or escape. It’s the foundation you stand on. When you move back to revisit yourself with love, you create the energetic freedom to leap forward into the life you’re ready to live.

Energy work isn’t something reserved for a select few or a mystical talent you have to unlock—it’s something we’re all doing, all the time. Every interaction you have, every thought you think, every emotion you process is energy at play. The difference is that most of us engage with energy unconsciously, letting it move through us without much awareness.

That’s where intentional practices like sound healing come in.

Sound healing is a powerful, beginner-friendly form of energy work that uses vibration to help bring your system back into harmony. It’s unique because, much like breathwork, it can bypass the mental chatter and work directly with your body’s energy. You don’t need to have a deep understanding of energy work, hold any specific intentions, or even focus your mind for sound healing to have an effect. The vibrations do the work.
When you’re immersed in sound—whether it’s the soothing hum of a singing bowl or the resonance of a gong—it creates a physical response. Your body begins to relax. Your nervous system starts to recalibrate. Your energy centers align without you needing to “figure it out.” It’s like pressing the reset button for your whole being.

For those who are new to energy work, sound healing can feel like a gentle guide, showing you the possibilities of working with your energy intentionally. For those more experienced, it can be a deepening tool—a way to refine your connection to your inner world and the subtle layers of yourself.

Sound is vibration, and vibration is at the core of everything. When we allow ourselves to slow down, to immerse in these waves of sound, we’re reminded of something profound: the power of our own energy to heal, to align, to expand.

Whether you're just beginning your journey or already walking the path, sound healing offers a way to consciously engage with what has always been present—your own vibrant, flowing energy. 💫

There are certain traditions we associate with the New Year—setting resolutions, making commitments, and dreaming up bold goals for the months ahead. These practices can be wonderful tools for focusing your energy and intentions.

But there’s a subtle danger in how we approach these rituals: the tendency to imagine that we’re starting from a blank slate, leaving all the progress, lessons, and momentum of the past year where they lie. It’s as if we say, “I’ll circle back if I want, or I’ll just leave it behind.”

This year feels different. The energy as we settle into 2025 isn’t one of a fresh start; it’s one of continuity and refinement.

There’s an important energetic truth here: You don’t start over. You continue on.

Life isn’t segmented into tidy chapters that begin and end on our desired timeline. It’s a flowing, interconnected journey—a story unfolding across seasons, lessons, and breakthroughs.

Think of this year not as a new book, but as the final film in a trilogy or the next chapter in a beloved series. We’re not erasing the challenges, struggles, or triumphs of the past decade. Instead, we’re coming into clarity about what those experiences meant—and how they’ve shaped where we’re going next.

What threads from the past are still calling for your attention?
What lessons feel ripe for deeper integration?

Continuity is about honoring the work you’ve already done—about tending to the seeds you planted last year (or even years ago). It’s about refining and aligning, rather than uprooting and starting fresh.
This doesn’t mean you’re locked into a rigid framework. Life is fluid, and this energy invites us to explore with flexibility. Think of it as a garden:

Some areas may need pruning.

Others may call for more nurturing.

And some plants may finally be ready to bloom.

Continuity reminds us that our progress is cumulative. Every step builds on the last, even when it feels like we’re standing still.

Let this be the year you approach your intentions with gentleness and curiosity. Instead of chasing after something new:

What is ready for completion?

What is ready to deepen?

What energy is asking to flow more freely in your life?

You got this! 💕
