From Skin to Soul is coming back to January 7, 2026 in a 6-week series to explore, embody, and move through the deep waves of emotions that we hold onto in our bodies.

Using movement as a release, step into your power by reclaiming these parts of yourself through sensual and sensory exploration, a reflective workbook and class playlists that integrate mind, body and spirit ❤️

This series is going to be one of depth, swimming in the emotions that can make you feel like you’re barely keeping your head above water.

This series is the preserver to bring you to shore with your shadow to move through the times you’ve felt silenced, wild and exiled.

Join me in awakening these parts with sensuality, grace and compassion. Invite these parts to reveal and heal.

A 4-week immersive gathering into the shadows beneath the surface of your skin.

This is more than just exploring the feelings you experience during sensual movement.

This is learning where and when your body kept the score and how to meet those parts of yourself and move with them through the tides of your healing journey.

Through grounded sensual movement, breath, and somatic ritual, we meet the parts of ourselves we’ve learned or have felt forced to hide.

— The Divine Outcast still yearning to belong
— The Wild Woman still burning beneath the surface

I’m creating a sanctuary, a safe container, for you to show up fully, authentically, and unapologetically to move with these parts of you into the greater depths of healing.

— To awaken the wisdom in our hips
— To feel the truth beneath our skin
— To call home every exiled fragment of who we are

Expect nourishing movement, emotional release, and a space where your full self is welcome. No mask, no pressure, just moving through your truth.

Every class is attuned to Reiki, every class is deep and everyone is seen, heard, valued and supported.

This gathering is intimate and I’m offering 8 people the opportunity to dive into the depths on Wednesday evenings at from 6:00-8:30pm September 10 through October 1, 2025 to reclaim, reunite and journey back to themselves.

This offering is $222 and you’ll be guided through each class complete with a workbook and tools to help you integrate after class.

This is your reminder that when you embark on healing yourself, it can also heal those around you.

I spent most of my life playing “the chameleon” archetype and shape shifting who I was in order to be accepted.

The more I abandoned my authentic self, the further away I got from my passions and purpose.

I came to the gruesome realization that at one point I was settling for a life that didn’t feel like was mine and it wasn’t just effecting me, but all those who came in contact with me. Especially my son.

You have to walk through the shadows to find your light and though it can be scary to connect with those parts of yourself, it’s important to remember it’s a part of your story.

As I began to heal and soften, so did my son, my students, and the people around me.

As I began showing up authentically, it gave others the permission to also and THAT is the true gift.

To me, THAT is healing 💗

✨From Skin to Soul✨ invites you on a six-week journey where sensual movement becomes the bridge between your physical body and your deeper spirit.

Through guided dance, intuitive movement, and somatic exploration, you’ll soften into yourself—releasing old narratives, unlocking stuck energy, and reclaiming your healing from the inside out. Each class is a sanctuary for expression, embodiment, and healing through sensuality and movement expression.

This series is for those longing to reconnect with their body as a source of wisdom, not judgment. For those ready to feel more alive, more rooted, and more radiant—one breath, one sway, one soul-stirring song at a time.

Each class includes:

- Grounding and intention setting

- Sensual and intuitive movement practices in a safe, trauma informed space.

- A reflection and integration workbook

- Access to class playlist for at home integration
