If you are in need of a CCL renewal, I am teaching them several times a month now out at The Range at 355. We do most of our classes at that location now to have the classroom and range all at the same place! Doing class at Range at 355 lets us not have to worry about adding time to class to commute to the range and everything is all included. You only pay the renewal fee of $55 instead of adding an extra $30 for range fees.

Come join us out at The Range at 355 on 10/27 to experience defensive training in a safe, no-ammo environment with our USCCA Simulator Program. This 2–3 hour course combines situational awareness, judgment-based decision making, and marksmanship drills—all with instant feedback. Using laser technology, you’ll face realistic “shoot/don’t shoot” scenarios, refine your grip, stance, and trigger control, and leave with the confidence to protect yourself responsibly. A Certificate of Completion is included.

🎆 Headed to 4th of July Fireworks? Read This First!

Crowds, loud noises, excited kids—it’s a recipe for fun and potential chaos. Here is how a little planning goes a long way to keep your night safe and stress-free:

✅ Know your exits & meeting spot: As soon as you arrive, scan the area. Identify where the exits, first aid stations, and restrooms are. Choose a clear landmark (like a big tree or food stand) where your family will meet if anyone gets separated.

✅ Take a photo of your kids when you arrive: A quick pic of what they’re wearing helps security or police respond faster if they wander off in the crowd.

✅ Glow bracelets or light-up gear: Great for making kids easy to spot after dark. Plus, they love them. It’s fun and functional!

✅ Avoid conflict, not confrontations: If someone’s rude or acting out, don’t engage. Keep your cool and calmly move your group away. De-escalation keeps everyone safer.

✅ Trust your instincts: If something feels weird or unsafe, leave. Don’t wait for confirmation. Your gut is often the first warning system.
