I specialize in working with adolescents and adults.

I am a mental health and addiction counselor who has experienced the impact of mental health issues on myself, my family, my friends, and my community. I understand the importance of a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration, introspection, and healing. I enjoy using creative modalities in conjunction with traditional theoretical frameworks to allow clients to explore challenges and questions from multiple perspectives.
