Windwalker Ridge Mustang Sanctuary is doing amazing work for mustangs that have been displaced from the range in roundups and especially in keeping mustang families together. The proceeds from this auction go directly for the care of the horses. They have some beautiful and unique items for sale, check it out!

Sunshine season is calling—are you ready? 😍

Whatever your plans are for the , there are a few things you can do to feel , and all through the season.

1. Stay Hydrated 💧✨

Heat and increase your risk of , so drinking plenty of water is essential. Aim for at least eight 8-ounce glasses a day, more if you’re active or spending time outdoors.

2. Eat Seasonally and Light 🌽🍓🥒

Eating lighter meals with plenty of and supports digestion and helps you feel energized without being weighed down.

3. Protect Your Skin ☀️🧴🕶️

Sunscreen isn’t just for hiking, biking and beach days—make it a daily habit. Choose a broad-spectrum SPF of at least 30 and reapply frequently if you’re in the sun. Don’t forget sunglasses, hats, and light protective clothing to minimize sun damage and premature aging.

4. Get Active Outdoors 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️🌳

Take advantage of the beautiful weather by moving your body outside. Just be mindful of the heat—exercise during cooler parts of the day and wear breathable clothing.

5. Prioritize Rest 😴🛏️💤

Prioritize sleep by keeping a consistent bedtime routine, even when the sun sets later. Keep your bedroom cool and dark to support better quality sleep.

6. Practice Mindful Moments 🌿🧘‍♀️☀️

Take moments to slow down and breathe—whether you’re watching a sunset, sipping tea on your porch, or meditating in a quiet spot.

7. Reconnect Socially 🤗😂🗣️

👉 Gut health refers to the balance and function of bacteria, fungi 🍄, and other microorganisms 🧫 living in your digestive tract.
👉 A well-balanced gut can support mental clarity, stable mood, better sleep 😴, and improved energy levels. It’s also deeply connected to the immune system 🦠—approximately 70% of immune cells are located in the gut.

👉 Every January, millions of people set their New Year’s resolutions—losing weight, starting an exercise routine, changing careers 🎯💪
👉 Yet, by February, many of those goals have already fallen by the wayside.
👉 If you’ve ever felt stuck despite your best intentions, it’s time to take a closer look at what’s really holding you back🔍💭

📌 Fear of Failure. One of the biggest obstacles to change is fear—fear of failing, fear of judgment, or even fear of success. Reframing failure as a learning opportunity can help you move forward.

📌 Lack of Clarity. Sometimes, we struggle to move forward because we haven’t defined our goal clearly enough. “I want to be healthier” is vague, while “I will go to the gym three times a week” is specific.

📌 Limiting Beliefs. Do you ever catch yourself thinking, “I’m not good at this,” “I’ll never be able to,” or “It’s just too hard”? These limiting beliefs can sabotage your progress before you even start.
