Sunshine season is calling—are you ready? 😍

Whatever your plans are for the , there are a few things you can do to feel , and all through the season.

1. Stay Hydrated 💧✨

Heat and increase your risk of , so drinking plenty of water is essential. Aim for at least eight 8-ounce glasses a day, more if you’re active or spending time outdoors.

2. Eat Seasonally and Light 🌽🍓🥒

Eating lighter meals with plenty of and supports digestion and helps you feel energized without being weighed down.

3. Protect Your Skin ☀️🧴🕶️

Sunscreen isn’t just for hiking, biking and beach days—make it a daily habit. Choose a broad-spectrum SPF of at least 30 and reapply frequently if you’re in the sun. Don’t forget sunglasses, hats, and light protective clothing to minimize sun damage and premature aging.

4. Get Active Outdoors 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️🌳

Take advantage of the beautiful weather by moving your body outside. Just be mindful of the heat—exercise during cooler parts of the day and wear breathable clothing.
