💙 Community Healing Gathering 💙

Our Evergreen community has been through so much this past week. In the midst of grief and uncertainty, it’s important to have a place to pause, breathe, and connect with one another.

Please join us at Gather Yoga and Wellness for an evening of breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness, music and open-hearted discussion. This is a space to rest, reflect, and support each other in healing.

Hi friends, for those of us affected by the shooting yesterday at the high school...our amazing Gather teachers have offered to make some time and space to lead a free open offering of breathwork, relaxation exercises, sound healing and discussion. This is for anyone who wants to stop by and just be together. Our yoga teachers presenting tomorrow are also trained mental health therapists, nurses and a grief counselors.
We will be there tomorrow, Friday September 12th from 2-4pm.
