Patient in her 80’s came in with failing bridge on upper left with all the holding teeth decayed or broken. Patient absolutely hated the idea of a removable partial dentire & wanted something fixed. Bridge was removed & teeth extracted, 3 immediate implants were placed & bone grating done for a future implant bridge.
