Fear doesn’t always begin where we think it does.
If something feels deeper than your experiences in this lifetime, your subconscious may be holding onto something older.
Here are 5 ways to recognize it - and begin to release it:
𝟭. 𝗜𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.
The fear is strong, but there’s no clear origin.
