Yesterday we identified our unique contributors and detractors for optimal sleep and created our Absolute Yes and Absolute No Sleep Manifesto! Today we’ll create an evening food and drink protocol that supports sleep!
Use this checklist you received in your 5 Day Super Slumber Challenge Day #2 email, to plan your dinner and evening drinks for the remainder of the week. The key is to plan at least one day ahead. Then get ready for our FB Live at 6pm PST! During this training, I’ll share even more ideas for your list and I’ll give you my favorite “wind-down” drinks!

It’s finally time! Day #1 of the 5 Day Super Slumber Challenge!
Identify Your Unique Contributors and Detractors for Optimal Sleep
For today’s task, we will create Your Absolute Yes and Your Absolute No Sleep Manifesto. It's SUPER SIMPLE! Just download the Absolute Yes and Absolute No Sleep Manifesto from this morning’s email, review my example manifesto for inspiration and fill in the blank manifesto with your unique Absolute Yeses and Absolute Nos. This is a simple but mighty tool for helping you sleep and we’ll use it, all this week, to build the routines that are most effective for you, personally.
We’ll complete page 3 of this guide together, during our FB Live tonight at 6pm PST (or catch the replay, it's available until tomorrow at 3pm PST). During the FB Live we're going to cover Absolute Yeses (what to add), in relation to the Parasympathetic system and how they can create a sense of calm and safety. We’ll also touch on Absolute Nos (what to eliminate), what causes stress, anxiety, and negativity, thus stimulating the sympathetic system.
