Aspire is looking for new team members who are interested in making a difference in the lives of the children and adolescent clients we serve, enjoy a fun work atmosphere and who value professionalism, respect and a positive work culture.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides 1:1 direct service to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision and direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

The RBT implements programs from an individualized treatment plan to teach clients new skills in the areas of communication, social skills, adaptive daily living, cognition and motor skills. Aspire Behavior Solutions will provide all required training to obtain the RBT credential for the right candidate.

Experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis or with children ages 2-12 years old preferred. Must be willing and able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment, lift at least 50 pounds and engage in creative teaching and play. Starting pay once RBT certified is $21-23 per hour depending on experience, 35-39 hours per week, M-F only.
