Stars of Gold Readers

Stars of Gold Readers Stars of Gold Readers is a collaborative, community-wide organization
that promotes all students reading on grade level by the end of third
grade.

SOGR focuses on three areas: Reading Readiness, School
Attendance, and Summer and Afterschool Learning. Mission Statement

Stars of Gold Readers will build community awareness of the importance of reading readiness, the positive impact of consistent school attendance, and promote continuous summer enrichment opportunities. Stars of Gold Readers will focus on strengthening and supporting literacy connections within the community.

The Bookmobile truly has the best patrons, including Fairbanks notable (and past FNSB Library Director) Greg Hill. We can always depend on Greg for an obscure request :D Thank you Greg. Never change!

Catch the Bookmobile in Ester and Becker Ridge this coming Saturday, November 1st. We'll be parked at the corner of Becker Ridge and Potter Road from 10:30am to 12pm, and then at the Ester Post Office from 12:30pm to 2pm.
