Today is national daughters day 🤍

Although there were many reasons why I created F&C, the final catalyst was my daughter. After maternity leave, I struggled HARD returning to the group practice I was at. I was really only getting an hour with Ari before it was her bedtime.

One night, I sat down & did the math: in one year of working, I’d miss out on 69.3 days of her life. My perspective shifted and all things aligned that said, “This is the time for F&C to become a reality.” And so I got to work.

I remember telling all my clients, “Be prepared, my baby WILL be there.” She absolutely loves waving (& hardcore staring, let’s be real) at all the wonderful souls who come through the doors.

Thank you, Fairbanks, for letting me be a mom & still keep my identity as a therapist, iced coffee lover, yogi, & friend. I am forever grateful for these extra moments & all she is teaching me.
