As I mentioned in class tonight, there is NO Toning class Saturday (January 13th) The church has some type of full building rental for the entire day so we have NO SPACE.

Hey all - Happy 2024!
I'm so happy we started the year with our free class supporting our local food pantry! Over 60 people were there with about 9 different instructors leading songs!
