It's always funny to me what we prioritize...
🔹You don't NEED to get your nails done, you could do them at home.
🔹You don't NEED a gym membership, you can work out outside (or home).
🔹You don't NEED the latest iPhone, but do you have one?
🔹You don't NEED Starbucks everyday, but do you indulge?
🔹You don't NEED to browse Target, Homegoods, TJ Maxx or Amazon, but do you?
👉🏼 What are you willing to sacrifice? Did you know before Pruvit, *they were the first company to market with exogenous ketones*, no company could figure out how to make the technology accessible to the masses without it costing a fortune -- think mortgage payment level money.
So when people tell me this is too expensive, I think about that. How lucky we are to even be able to have this technology at a cost that is not that of a mortgage.
So do you want USDA Prime beef? Or select? The choice is yours, but I haven't seen Prime at a Select cost. And if you have, let us in on the secret of where you're shopping. HA!
I set aside about $4.50 a day (TRUST, I was spending more on Starbucks than that!) to make myself a priority. To make my health a priority. To bio-hack my body. So I didn't have to wait or wonder if I was in ketosis, so I could enjoy life without having to live and die by macros, so I didn't have to cut ANYTHING out in an extreme way. To me this price tag means BALANCE. It means ENJOYMENT.
What does having your life back cost to you? What does your health cost to you? What does having more energy to play with your kiddos cost to you?
