After 20 years in private practice and 42 years as an occupational therapist, I'm on to new things. I'm keeping this page active for at least 2021 because I hope clients, colleagues, and friends will be in touch. I hold so many people who I've worked with and for in my heart forever. I hope all are doing fulfilling occupations, staying safe, and enjoying the joy that we find around us during this challenging time.

What is a Sensory Friendly Show?
A Sensory Friendly Show is a performance that has been modified to fit the needs of those with sensory sensitivities. These shows are meant to make theatre a more inclusive environment for everyone. When modifying a show, elements such as lighting, sound, and projections are looked at carefully for any triggers those in the audience might have (strobe lights, fast-tracking lights, loud and sudden sound effects). All these factors are considered when reprogramming a show.
