Ways to Spring Clean Our health routine and well being. Spring is a perfect time to re-evaluate our habits.

• Get plenty of sleep and rest. Sleep can improve our energy and mood.

• Enjoy the nature of the outdoor, breathing in the fresh air of Spring flowers, trees, earth and water can help clear and soothe the mind, body and spirit.

• Get some vitamin D from the sun for 10 minutes. The sun can boosten our warmth, skin and spirit.

• Fire up our workout! Whether it's walking, running, lifting weights or swimming, etc… Get your heart rate up to speed and blood flow circulating.

• Re-evaluate your posture, whether you are sitting, standing or working out. Stretch those joints and muscles for better flexibility, circulation and range of motion. Stretching can help avoid stiffness and problematic tensions.

• Drink plenty of water (H2o) daily to stay hydrated.
