Yin Yoga & Gong
“Life requires balance. For every down, there is an up; for every outside, there is an inside. Yoga also requires balance. If you are only doing the “yang” forms of yoga it may be time to discover the yin-side of your practice.” Yin Yoga works the body differently. More emphasis is put on the deeper connective tissues, the joints, the fascia, it can even help the bones. This type of Yoga will add flexibility, mobility and strength to your whole body, stimulating energy flow, while also increasing breath awareness. Expect to be in poses for 3 to 5 minutes without forcing, using props if needed. A long Gong relaxation will allow your body/mind to fully integrate this nurturing yet deep practice . No levels. All welcome.
Kundalini Chant Experience
Join us for a transformative 60-minute Kundalini experience centered around the sacred practice of mantra chanting. This class welcomes practitioners of all levels to explore the healing power of sound and vibration. We’ll begin with 15 minutes of warm-up movements and breathwork to prepare the body and mind, creating space for deeper practice. The heart of our session features a powerful 30-minute traditional Kundalini chant, allowing you to journey into the meditative depths of sacred sound. We’ll close with integration time to absorb the vibrations and settle into stillness. Remember: the vibration of your own voice is the most potent and healing frequency for YOU, regardless of how you rate the quality of your voice. Leave the critic at home and join us to experience the peace and joy of this sacred practice. No previous chanting experience necessary.
