Yin Yoga & Gong

“Life requires balance. For every down, there is an up; for every outside, there is an inside. Yoga also requires balance. If you are only doing the “yang” forms of yoga it may be time to discover the yin-side of your practice.” Yin Yoga works the body differently. More emphasis is put on the deeper connective tissues, the joints, the fascia, it can even help the bones. This type of Yoga will add flexibility, mobility and strength to your whole body, stimulating energy flow, while also increasing breath awareness. Expect to be in poses for 3 to 5 minutes without forcing, using props if needed. A long Gong relaxation will allow your body/mind to fully integrate this nurturing yet deep practice . No levels. All welcome.

Kundalini Chant Experience

Join us for a transformative 60-minute Kundalini experience centered around the sacred practice of mantra chanting. This class welcomes practitioners of all levels to explore the healing power of sound and vibration. We’ll begin with 15 minutes of warm-up movements and breathwork to prepare the body and mind, creating space for deeper practice. The heart of our session features a powerful 30-minute traditional Kundalini chant, allowing you to journey into the meditative depths of sacred sound. We’ll close with integration time to absorb the vibrations and settle into stillness. Remember: the vibration of your own voice is the most potent and healing frequency for YOU, regardless of how you rate the quality of your voice. Join us for a sacred space of healing and community. This is a time to chat and chant – with all participation completely optional. Come and participate or simply listen and receive.

We’ll begin with a brief introduction on a healing topic and the power of community, then spend 30 minutes chanting the Gayatri mantra Ra Ma Da Sa.

Whether you chant along, listen quietly, or rest in the vibrations, you’re welcome exactly as you are. All levels of experience welcome.

The Gaitri mantra Ra Ma Da Sa Saa-Say So Hung is like a rare diamond, which connects you with the pure healing energy of the universe. You can instill the health trend in your consciousness by injecting this strong healing vibration into your mind. Then your actions and whole being will obey that thought. In order to change health troubles, we must alter the process of thought that causes us to feel and act in ways that weaken our health. Practicing this meditation diligently will help you develop the pattern of health.

Certain mantras are to be cherished like a beautiful gem. The Siri Gaitri Mantra is just such a jewel. It is unique and it captures the radiant healing energy of the Cosmos as a gem captures the light of the Sun. Like a gem it can be put into many settings for different purposes and occasions.
