Join us for a sacred space of healing and community. This is a time to chat and chant – with all participation completely optional. Come and participate or simply listen and receive.  
 
We’ll begin with a brief introduction on a healing topic and the power of community, then spend 30 minutes chanting the Gayatri mantra Ra Ma Da Sa.
 
Whether you chant along, listen quietly, or rest in the vibrations, you’re welcome exactly as you are. All levels of experience welcome.

This type of Yoga will add flexibility, mobility and strength to your whole body, stimulating energy flow, while also increasing breath awareness. Expect to be in poses for 3 to 5 minutes without forcing, using props if needed.

A long Gong relaxation will allow your body/mind to fully integrate this nurturing yet deep practice . No levels. All welcome.
