You don’t have to go 0-100 !

Let’s keep it simple, girlie pop:

1️⃣ Start small—Start with 2-3 weekly workouts . THATS it. You don’t need to be in the gym 7x a week to see results !
2️⃣ Focus on consistency, not perfection.
3️⃣ Celebrate every little win, because progress is progress!

As the New Year approaches we understand this is the time people want to start their fitness journey 🔥💪

However what many beginners don’t know is how their body will react to that first workout . You might feel Nauseous, sick , dizzy , and possibly throw up . 🤢

Why ? The answer is simple . Heart rate ♥️
If you’ve been out of the gym for a few weeks/months your body isn’t used to having such an elevated heart rate . The conditioning isn’t quite there YET . That’s why consistency is key 🔑

You can take steps prior to your workout to help you navigate these changes in your body.

Here’s some tips to help you have a better workout ✅

Protein isn’t just for muscle growth—it’s essential for recovery, keeping you full, and maintaining a healthy metabolism.
✔️ Include lean protein sources like chicken, turkey, tofu, or beans in every meal.
✔️ Aim for 20–30 grams of protein per meal to support muscle repair after your workouts.
Tip: A protein shake is a quick and easy option post-workout!

#2: Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate 💧
#3: Don’t Skip Healthy Fats 🥑
#4: Focus on Whole Foods 🌱
