Some flowers are really blossoming right now.
I took some time to smell the flowers today, harvested quite a bunch out of the herbal deva plot and got to spend some time with an amazing business woman.
As small businesses we all have our struggles and it’s so important to support each other along the way. Times change, how we run our businesses change but the one thing that never changes is remembering to take in the beauty and friendships that surround us . Do the things that fill our hearts so we can give back 💜

Come join me at Sport Hill Farm for a free, hands-on demonstration of plant distillation and hydrosol making!

We’ll begin distilling at 10:30 AM, and the process will unfold over several hours—so you’re welcome to:

✨ Drop in anytime to check the progress and inhale the fragrant steam
✨ Learn the basics of how hydrosols and essential oils are made

This is a demonstration, not a full workshop—your open window into the world of botanical alchemy. While you’re here, we highly recommend visiting Sport Hill Farm’s farm store for fresh produce and local goods.
