Today hits different for me.

Exactly one year ago, Prosper officially became what it was always meant to be: a space where health isn’t rushed, ignored, or pushed to the bottom of the priority list.

This year, I’m especially grateful for the things we all take for granted until life forces us to slow down. My health. My family’s health. The ability to wake up every day and show up for the people I love. These are gifts, not guarantees.

I’m also unbelievably thankful for my patients. You trusted me with your care during a year of growth, change, late nights, and big steps. You’re the reason Prosper exists, and the reason I pour my whole heart into this work. Watching you heal, feel better, get answers, and reclaim your life is the greatest privilege.

So today, between the chaos, the food, and the family noise, I hope you take a minute to check in with yourself. Your health is your foundation. Everything else builds on it.

Perimenopause doesn’t tap you on the shoulder. It shows up with rising anxiety, unpredictable cycles, night sweats that feel personal, and brain fog that makes you question your own name. The shift can be slow or surprisingly harsh, and half the time you don’t realize it’s happening until the symptoms start stacking up. Magnesium threonate has been popping up everywhere, so I took a deeper look and then tried it myself. It’s the only form of magnesium shown to raise magnesium levels inside the brain, which is why people talk about its impact on clarity, memory, sleep quality, and stress.
