On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, FCSD residents will consider approving a $39.5 million bond referendum. An approved bond would fund the construction of a new middle school for grades 5-8. 🗳️

If the bond issue receives voter support of at least 60% of voters, the maximum tax impact would be $2.70 per $1,000 of taxable property value. For a $200,000 home, this would amount to approximately $243.04 per year (or $20.24 per month).

This November, the Fairfield community will once again have the opportunity to come together and support a GO bond in the efforts to build a new middle school. There have been many exciting updates and improvements in the district over the past year, let’s keep the momentum moving!

This is the week! We've had wonderful conversations with many community members throughout this process that support the construction of a new middle school. Here are just a few of those examples. Everyone remember to get out and vote, and support Fairfield's future by voting YES for Public Measure LR (GO Bond) for the funds to build a new middle school!

Also: Please don’t forget about the satellite voting option October 25th at the high school auditorium! This is a great option for those that want to get out and show their support early!
