Meditation Monday! 🧘♀️✨
I’ve been meaning to make meditation a regular part of my routine because, honestly, it always makes me feel better when I do. One app that I absolutely love is Insight Timer – it’s full of amazing meditations for everything from stress to sleep.
In fact, there’s one sleep meditation on there that’s my go-to – 99% of the time, it has me drifting off before it’s even finished! If I forget to put it on, I end up tossing and turning and always regret it.
