Viparita Karani (विपरीतकरणी)
“Legs Up the Wall”
Translated as “inverted action” or “clear lake,” this deeply restorative pose invites relaxation, eases stress, supports circulation, and gently soothes the nervous system by reversing the body’s usual patterns.
One of my favorite poses.
My back body supported by the earth,
heart facing the sky.
This is how I ease into each day—
with intention.
This is how I am entering 2026.
Many have asked… What’s your plan this year? Any goals?
The short answer is no.
Instead, I’m carving out time for joy, calm, and grounding—every single day.
I am in no rush.
Listening closer.
Talking less.
Gazing more.
Collecting my thoughts with pause.
Moving as I’m guided—where and when it feels right.
I’m not chasing.
I’m not forcing.
I’m accepting opportunities and invitations when they feel good.
Riding the natural ebbs and flows of life.
I don’t know what this year holds—
but I’m meeting it with more clarity and more calm.
This year.
This is me. ✨
If this is your vibe. You know where to find me.
