Most women don’t struggle to lose weight.
They struggle to KEEP it off.

I’ve lost over 100-lbs naturally. But the part that matters most?

🏆 I’ve maintained a healthy weight for 6+ years.

And it turns out... losing weight and maintaining weight are not the same skill set.

For years, my cycle looked like this: Start strong → Follow the plan perfectly → Life gets busy → Fall off → Feel like I failed → Promise to start over Monday

I lived there longer than I want to admit.

Not because I was lazy. Not because I lacked discipline.
But because I was approaching weight loss in a way that didn’t work for my real life.

Everything changed when I started focusing on my mindset.

When I stopped chasing perfection.
When I learned how to adjust instead of quit.
When one “off” day stopped meaning I ruined everything.

Yes... nutrition and movement matter. They help you lose weight.

Eating better and moving more definitely matter when you’re trying to lose weight.

But… they’re not what determines whether you keep going.

What actually makes progress stick is how you interpret
⚠️ missed workouts,
⚠️ busy weeks,
⚠️ imperfect days,
⚠️ and real life interruptions.

If the story becomes:
❌ “I failed”
❌ “I fell off”
❌ “I have to start over”
…consistency collapses.

But when the mindset shifts to:
💜 “I’ll adjust”
💜 “I’ll keep going”
💜 “I’ll give myself grace”
…progress stabilizes.

I used to think consistency meant doing everything right… every single day.

So the moment life didn’t cooperate, I assumed I was the problem.

If I missed a workout, hit a drive-thru after a long day of work, or my routine got thrown off in any way… I’d spiral.

One imperfect moment turned into “I can’t stick to anything.”
Which turned into quitting… again.

Thankfully, that’s not my story anymore. 🙏🏾🙌🏾

Not because I magically became more motivated.
But because I found an approach that worked with my life instead of against it.

That’s what alignment does.
It makes consistency feel possible.
