Between being mom, wife, daughter, manager, go-to friend, [insert all the things]… it’s easy to disappear into your roles and convince yourself, “I’m fine. I’ll get to me later.”

This is what it looks like when a woman finally chooses herself. 💕

When Shelsea and I first met, she wasn’t looking for another plan.
She already knew she needed to eat better and exercise more.
What she didn’t know was how to prioritize her health without abandoning herself in the process.

She’d been on the restart rollercoaster for years…
not because she lacked discipline,
but because every “solution” demanded perfection instead of peace.

So instead of just handing her another rigid program,
together we built something much more powerful…
a rhythm that honored her life. 🌿

She learned how to:
