One of the biggest reasons women hesitate to join challenges like this has nothing to do with money, time, or motivation.

It’s fear.

More specifically:
the fear of starting strong… then “falling off” again.

And honestly...?
That fear makes a lot of sense.

Because if you’ve spent years stuck in cycles of:
🔁 starting over every week
🔁 doing “good” for a while
🔁 spiraling after one off meal
🔁 trying to force yourself to be perfect
🔁 and feeling disappointed in yourself when life gets hard…

it becomes difficult to trust yourself around food.

That’s part of the reason why I designed the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge differently.

This challenge isn't built around perfection.

You're not expected to:
❌ eat perfectly
❌ stay motivated 24/7
❌ never miss a day
❌ overhaul your entire life in 21 days

The goal is to help healthy eating feel more realistic, supportive, and sustainable in real life.

Because learning how to keep showing up imperfectly matters way more than being “on track” for a few days.

That’s what actually builds consistency.

In 2014, I graduated with my Masters degree in Counseling Psych 🎓

It's funny because I never planned to go into the mental health field. Honestly, I never planned to go to grad school at all.

I had my sights set on being a Crime Scene Investigator (CSI was THAT SHOW at the time lol)

But God had other plans for me 🙌🏾

I didn't realize it back then, but He was equipping me with the knowledge and skills that I'd need to walk in my purpose today.

Now, I use my expertise in psychology and experiences from my personal 100+ pound weight loss journey to help women develop the skills and mindset they need to lose weight for good.

And I can undoubtedly say, that I'm doing exactly what I was destined to do!
